1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account with AtusWest, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our banking services or open account vaults.
2. Eligibility & Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age and hold valid identification. All accounts are subject to identity verification processes (KYC/AML protocols) required under the Central Bank guidelines.
3. Ajo Rotational Circles
When participating in an Ajo contribution group, you acknowledge the following cooperative requirements:
- Contributions: Members must deposit their cycle contribution amounts by the designated monthly date.
- Payouts: Payouts are automated and occur sequentially based on slot selections agreed upon inside the group dashboard.
- Delinquencies: Defaulting on contributions will result in a suspension of account services and possible legal reference reports to audit agencies.
4. Investment Tenor & Penalties
Fixed-tenor investment vaults (Starter and Professional) yield interest according to rates displayed at creation. Early liquidations or withdrawals before maturity date will trigger standard early-withdrawal penalty charges.
Violation of these terms, including money laundering attempts or fraudulent group creation, results in immediate account termination.
